You guys rock! It is real hard to get to talk to a person when you call in, And the agent ask you the same question that you had to answer to get to the agent, and the app turned me down and the agent put the claim through with no problem. The representative made it easy to process replacement device and was experienced. The verification process is a little difficult if the device is an iPad.

If you are paying for the insurance I am going on you really did lose your phone and they have replaced it. Legally, you keep both. It would be best to just return the replacement and process the refund rather than keep those 2 phones. Call them to see the options and things that you have to do to return the replacement phone back to their warehouse.
